The code you wanna look for is:

div table.navigationBar table {
margin-bottom:HEIGHTpx;}

A gap above and below your banner?
Sounds like the size is off.

Look for this part of the code:
[code]div table.navigationBar table {
margin-bottom:HEIGHTpx;}[/c ode]
Change the 'HEIGHTpx' to the height of your banner (150px for eample).
That should get rid of the gaps.
